To our customers, partners, and suppliers,
As all of you face similar circumstances, we have spent the last several days and weeks educating ourselves on the global pandemic that is the coronavirus (COVID-19), and what impacts it has on our professional and personal lives. For Reaxis Inc., our priorities focus on how it affects our employees, customers, andcommunities. Based on this understanding, it is then of the utmost importance to make necessary adjustments to our work and operations to meet the needs of our employees, customers, partners, and suppliers in an ever-changing landscape.

Reaxis is charged with one core focus: keeping you and all our employees at our locations safe and healthy. For the Executive Management Team, this has been at the epicenter of our conversations in developing our short-term strategic initiatives to keep business moving forward in response to the threat of COVID-19. With that drive, Reaxis has made several moves in our day-to-day operations to support this goal.

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps that we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Internally, we have shared specific instructions with our employees highlighting the importance of washing their hands, staying home if they feel ill, or self-quarantine if they have been to or been in contact with a COVID-19 impacted area or individual. Below highlights our expectations of our employees and the interactions we have with all our business contacts to promote everyone’s health and well being.

Employees are to avoid face-to-face interactions wherever possible. Any meetings that can be conducted via telecommunication are preferred. This includes both internal and external meetings and interactions.

Visitors will be restricted to both Reaxis locations (McDonald and Harmarville). Only those deemed operation critical will be permitted onsite. Of those that are permitted, strict protocols must be followed once onsite.

International employee trips have been suspended and domestic travel has been limited.

Per the CDC guidelines, there will be no gatherings either onsite or off in a group of larger than 50 persons permitted for any of our employees.

In accordance with job functions that permit it, telecommuting will be executed to prevent the further spread of coronavirus. For those that remain onsite, rigorous hygiene and cleaning programs are in place.

Per our established sourcing strategy, we have an active global supply chain on all our primary/key raw materials. We continue to monitor the situation with all our suppliers regarding direct and residual effects. Should any relevant information be obtained that alters our sourcing position
due to virus-related issues, we will communicate on an ongoing basis.

Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, Reaxis Inc. is under heightened awareness to navigate the trials and hurdles of supply chain disruption on a global level. We understand the fluidity of the situation daily, and we strive to provide the highest quality goods and services to our customers. It is our expectation to offer current updates as the market dictates and respect all the pressure and constraints that it imposes.

We will continue to monitor the situation and do everything that we can to protect you and our
employees.

Thank you
